How to submit your abstract:
The abstracts will be sent as follows:
► through the application, by accessing the abstract registration section, after authentication in the “Personal Page”;
► as an attachment by email to: “firstname.lastname@example.org”, using the abstract template.
The abstract file should be saved as “presenting author.doc/docx” (in case two abstracts are submitted: first name_last name 1.doc/docx, first name_last name 2.doc/docx).
Each registered author is entitled to submit two abstracts per registration fee, but may also be co-author of abstracts submitted by other registered authors.
The deadline for submitting your abstracts is August 15, 2022.
Please note that you must pay your registration fee in order to submit an abstract.
The abstract (250 – 350 words, single spaced) should be written according to the following instructions:
Title: Arial 14 pt, capital, bold, centered;
Authors: First Name Last Name, presenting author underlined, superscript numbers to mark affiliations – Arial 12 pt, regular, centered;
Affiliations: Department, Institute, Country – Arial 11 pt, italic, centered;
Main text: one paragraph divided in Aim, Methodology, Results and Conclusions – Arial 12 pt, regular, justified;
One figure, one table and up to three references may be included;
Acknowledgements (if any): Arial 11, regular, justified;
References: Arial 10, regular, justified (see abstract template).
The official language of the conference is English. No translation will be provided.
The scientific program of the conference will include oral and ePoster presentations.
- plenary lecture – 30 min (5 min are allocated for discussions);
- invited lecture – 20 min (5 min are allocated for discussions);
- short lecture – 15 min (3 min are allocated for discussions).
The best ePosters will be presented in poster sessions on-site.
Each presenting author will have 2 min to highlight a poster in 2-3 slides (use oral presentation template), followed by 1 min discussions.
